1  Explore, Assess, and Engage

At the outset, WriteReport will have discussions with you – either in person or by phone – about the nature of your project. We will explore and assess the scope of your project, and answer any questions you may have.

Following our discussion, WriteReport will provide you with a proposal that includes: estimated number of hours to complete the project, hourly rates, delivery timelines, terms and conditions of service.

2  Research and Gather

Once engaged with your project, WriteReport will consult and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts in your organization to gather and research:

• subject material
• reader profile(s)
• context(s) of use
• data insights and stories (where applicable)

If the nature of your project requires research from the public domain, WriteReport will collect, curate, and compile material available in the public domain based on terms and expectations agreed upon with you.

3  Organize and Draft

Once we have researched and gathered material for your project, WriteReport will write and draft a document that addresses your project objective. The draft will include written material, as well as depict:

• organization and structure of material
• tone and style of language
• basic visual design and formatting
• data charts and tables (where applicable)

4  Edit and Revise

Your feedback is essential. Once you have provided input on the completed first draft, WriteReport will edit and revise the document to your specifications.

Depending on the nature of your project, reader or usability testing of the material may be advised at this stage of development.

5  Polish, Proof, and Finalize

Following all substantive edits and revisions, WriteReport will present you with a polished document that meets your project objective, and conforms to our agreed upon terms of service. Your final approval will initiate the printing, publication, or release of the completed work.

6  Print, Release, Publish

Completed work is owned by you to release or distribute as you choose.

Should you require graphic design or commercial printing of the completed work, WriteReport is available to manage these production elements on your behalf.
